2005 ALEXANDER VALLEY, CABERNET SAUVIGNON

After 10 months in the bottle this wine is ready to show. Fascinating aromas of medium toasted oak, black pepper, and a slight presence of anise. Coats the palate with dark fruit flavors and cream soda. Finish lingers. Best paired with 100% Black Angus Burger with applewood smoked bacon, and blue cheese.

Drink now or hold til 2017.
